Pictures of Apollo 11: The First Steps on the Moon

No matter how many times I see the classic picture of Neil Armstrong climbing down the steps to become the first man to step on the moon, I get excited each and every time. To honor this wondrous accomplishment, I have put together quite a large collection of pictures of this amazing feat. Not only are the classic pictures included, but there are also the not-often-seen pictures of the crew while they were in training.
