Female WWII Spy Posed as a Cosmetics Saleswoman

Following her death on February 24, 2008, the British National Archives has recently released documents about a secret World War II spy who sometimes posed as a cosmetics saleswoman. Pearl Cornioley, also known by her nom de guerre of Genevieve Touzalin, parachuted into France. At first, she worked as a courier for the French resistance but after the arrest of her leader, she led her resistance cell on hundreds of guerrilla attacks against the Germans.
