The horrors of Chernobyl have not ended. You can help the children who are victims of the Chernobyl disaster by hosting a child or giving a donation.

Chernobyl Children's Project - Ireland
In 1991, doctors caring for children in Chernobyl sent out a fax: "S.O.S. Appeal. For God's sake, help us to get the children out." In response to this S.O.S., this project was founded.

European Baptist Federation (EBF)
The EBF is asking Baptist churches to host groups of children from Chernobyl for three weeks. (The drawing on this site by a child from Chernobyl is very powerful.)

Friends of the Children of Chernobyl - Ireland
This organization tries to help children effected by Chernobyl travel to Ireland and get good medical care. Make sure you read the story of the two Natashas.

Help for the Children of Chernobyl - Germany
This organization helps the children affected by the Chernobyl disaster in the city of Smorgon. This site has a photo gallery of Smorgon.

Japan Chernobyl Foundation (JCF)
The JCF supports the Gomel regional hospital and other hospitals in Belarus for the treatment of leukemia and cancer patients after the Chernobyl accident.

Kakehashi to Chernobyl - Japan
This organization invites Chernobyl children to Japan to recover their health.

U.S. Assistance to Victims of Chernobyl
